Since January! Last Thursday evening, I started getting icky. I was icky all week last week!

I was in Kansas City teaching a class on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, but did I call Skip and Auntsie Pants so see if they wanted to have dinner? NO I DID NOT! I DID NOT WANT TO GET MY GERMS ON THEM!

Did I go to the Japanese Steakhouse on the Plaza on Tuesday night with the other trainers? No. I went back to my room and went to bed. (I did get my germs on the 18 attendees and two other trainers. Sucks to be them.)

Yesterday I went to the doctor WITHOUT ANYONE TELLING ME TO! That's how sick I was.

He gave me a prescription for Levaquin and sent me home. I has a sinus infection. Boohoo.

They gave you Levaquin? You must have been sick. That stuff, according to my sister the pharmacist, is a "kill everything in it's path, take no prisoners" antibiotic.

Costs an arm and a leg too. When I had it prescribed, once, about three years ago, I told my sister and she said, in a hushed voice, "did they tell you how much it costs?"

I will - I'm planning what I'll say when I call...I haven't come up with anything good yet. Although, dan and I are brainstorming/conspiring as I type this.

It was a million dollars for 8 pills! I got it for $35 with my insurance.

My idea favors simplicity over complexity. And humor, maybe. But cataphiles should like it.
